Chairman of the Board
Lexi Alvesteffer has been a member of the Ludington Area Jaycees for 15 years, serving as President for the third time in 2017. She has chaired numerous Jaycees projects, including organizing the Freedom Festival Grand Parade eight different years. She also served as the Michigan Jaycees Region B Director in 2009. One of Lexi’s main hobbies and passions is serving the local community and, in addition to the Jaycees, Lexi has volunteered with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, the Lakeshore Parrothead Club, and Hospice. She is also co-founder and Managing Director of the Stage Left Theatre Company and a member of Ludrock Nation.
Lexi has a strong network in the Mason County area as the third generation of her family to be born and raised here. She is a graduate of Ludington High School, West Shore Community College, and Grand Valley State University and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She is a writer and salesperson at Advantage Marketing & Publications in Ludington and sings with and manages two local bands: High Fidelity and Redux. Lexi resides with her fiance, Dave Kosla; her son, Liam (8); and daughter, Hartley (6); and Dave’s children David (12) and Selena (7).
